When you enter, you will see our security building on the right:

1st - you will be given a key code to a lockbox on the security building (lockbox #1-6) where you can pick up your key. 

2nd - (If you haven't already) Using the username/password you created when reserving your unit, go online an pay your move-in balance (pro-rated first month + first full month + damage deposit) - Note: this payment is due on the day you move in. Paying it any later than on your move-in date can result in a late fee. 

3rd - When you're ready to move out of your storage unit, you can schedule your move-out in your client portal or you can call and let us know your move-out date.
